As a member of our team, you will help process accounts payable, accounts receivable, tax, and title documentation, as well as assist in many other accounting needs. Responsibilities Answer and direct customer inquires Process new and used vehicles for registration Prepare tax and title documents Submit all legal transfer work to the Department of Motor Vehicles Perform a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Provide support within the accounting team as needed Aide in maintaining positive relationships with customers, teammates, sales teams, and dealership management Requirements Great communicator and listener Must have strong computer skills. Experience with computer accounting, data entry, and reporting systems a plus Attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through Be able to interact well with the public in person and over the phone. Accuracy in following procedures and directions. Excellent personal discipline, time management, and organization.
