Tasks will include Job Costing, Data Entry, AP, AR, Payroll Processing, and other various office administrative tasks on a day to day basis. Must have a (4) Year College Degree in Accounting. Must have 4-5 years of experience inside of Quickbooks DESKTOP Software. Must also be highly proficient in General Computer Skills, Excel & Microsoft Word Products. Ideal candidate will come from a Construction related company familiar with Job Costing, WIP Accounting, and have the individual ability to perform audit and month end journal entries / month end closeouts, independently. Candidate must understand Financial Statements and how simple financial transactions directly affect those documents. Candidate must know how to balance / reconcile General Ledger Accounts & perform tasks tied to Month End Closeouts. Must have a
