PART-TIME BOOKKEEPER

The Veterans Place, Inc. is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. 20 hours per week | Salaried | Starting at $30,000+ annually We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced with bookkeeping and accounting systems.

Key responsibilities include:

Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll and account reconciliations
Monthly financial reports
Budget and grant expense tracking
Maintaining accurate financial records
Preparing financial information for tax preparation, audits, and required reporting Experience with a variety of accounting software and spreadsheets is required.

Nonprofit and grant-funded accounting experience is strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who values accuracy, confidentiality, accountability, and being part of a team supporting Vermont Veterans. ????
