Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper this role is similar to a night auditor. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Balance and reconcile the store safe daily Review and process cashier tills from the previous day Prepare daily bank deposits accurately and securely Coordinate with the bank to order and pick up change as needed Enter and maintain daily financial data in the store's computer system Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and employee documentation Provide general office and administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

Previous cash handling experience strongly preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality Reliable and punctual, with the ability to start early mornings
