Join an established manufacturer with a collaborative accounting team. Opportunity to make an immediate impact in a high-volume AP environment. Casual, team-oriented culture. Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. Key Responsibilities Process and review vendor invoices. Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation. Ensure proper coding and approvals. Manage vendor inquiries and AP communications. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies. Support payment processing, vendor maintenance, and month-end AP activities. Qualifications Previous accounts payable experience Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
