Qualifications:

Detail Oriented Strong communication skills Proficient in and Outlook & Excel Familiarity with paperless processes

Main Job Duties:

Invoicing and Issuing Credit Memos to Customers Updating Pricing Month End and Weekly Reporting Receipt all cash transactions

Inventory Transactions:

Finished Goods Transfers and Month End Physicals Data Entry Receiving, Scanning and Filing Paperwork Miscellaneous Reporting for Operations/Brewing/Finance and other departments as requested Address & Resolve customer inquiries Supervision Responsibilities None Organization Relationships Reports to:

Vice President of Finance, Administration Internal Customers:

Finance, Sales/Marketing, Operations/Brewing, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance and Gift Shop External Customers:

$20.00 - $23.50 per hour
