Key Responsibilities:

Manage collections calls and outreach to keep customer accounts current Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies with a solutions-first approach Partner with sales and customer service teams to keep customer relationships strong Track and report on AR aging and collection performance Help shape smarter processes as the company grows into new markets

Qualifications:

Experience in accounts receivable or collections Strong communication skills and comfort handling account conversations Organized, detail-oriented approach to managing multiple accounts Accounts Receivable Specialist, Collections Specialist, AR Specialist, AR/Collections Specialist, Credit and Collections Specialist, Accounts Receivable Analyst, Collections Representative, Credit Analyst EB-4419721301
