Midstate Chevrolet, a multi-auto dealership employer is seeking an experienced and dedicated full time Accounting Clerk. Primary duties include : Routine clerical, filing and data entry tasks for accounting data including accounts payable and receivables. Customer Service duties include answering incoming calls and communications with customers, Department of Motor Vehicles, banks, etc., automotive title and title research work. The accounting clerk also works with customers and financial institutions with regard to products that we sell that are specific to the auto industry. Individual must have ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems, possess excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented, have good verbal communications skills. Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications. Maintaining confidentiality and integrity while performing all tasks and responsibilities is a must.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required and 2 - 5 years related work experience.
