This structure provides flexibility while maintaining proper account administration and compliance. Additional tasks may include scheduling meetings, organizing digital files, tracking deadlines, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Customer service orientation, with a focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving in a financial services environment. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, CRM or databases) and ability to learn new systems. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial documents, transaction forms, and client records. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement, collaborating both in person in Irvine, CA and remotely.
