We're Hiring:

Associate Broker - Tenant Representation | Denver Community First Commercial Real Estate is looking for a driven, early-career broker to join our tenant rep practice, focused on Southeast & Southwest Denver. This is a commission-based independent contractor role — no cap on earnings, hands-on mentorship from experienced advisors, and a real path to building your own book of business. What you'll do: Prospect and build tenant relationships across SE/SW Denver Support senior brokers on market surveys, tours, and lease analysis Learn deal structuring and negotiation from the ground up What you need: Active Colorado real estate license Strong communicator, self-starter, great follow-through Reliable transportation + computer

Commission:
