Job Description

Client Associate - Wealth Management Job Summary A well-established wealth management firm is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Associate to support its Financial Advisors and clients. This position plays an important role in providing exceptional client service, coordinating account and administrative activities, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the advisory team. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, responsive, and comfortable working with financial information. Candidates with experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, client service, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Support Financial Advisors with the preparation and distribution of client investment plans and meeting materials. Prepare client review and referral meeting materials. Coordinate client meetings, including scheduling, reminders, and gathering and entering financial information as needed. Prepare, process, and follow up on client forms, account paperwork, and other operational requests. Provide responsive and professional client service by phone, email, and written correspondence. Assist clients with questions regarding statements, online account access, account activity, and general service needs. Process account and security order requests as directed and approved by Financial Advisors. Assist with client communications, marketing initiatives, and client events. Coordinate with outside vendors and other partners as needed. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Take client meeting notes and provide administrative support to Financial Advisors. Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed. Qualifications Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional and client-focused approach with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Strong analytical and mathematical skills are a plus. #

From $50,000.00 per year
