Job Description:
The Student Financial Services Office Assistant position provides an opportunity to gain experience in a professional office setting. This work study position is ideal for an organized individual with a strong attention to detail. The student employee will provide general support to the Student Financial Services Office.
Specific responsibilities include:
Filing and maintaining accuracy over multiple filing systems Completing clerical duties as assigned (including mailing, photocopying, data entry, etc.) Preserving confidentiality when working with highly sensitive personal and financial information
Requirements:
Successful candidates must have a strong attention to detail and be comfortable working individually and as a team member. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are helpful.
