CFO - Family Office / Real Estate $200-260k plus bonus Scottsdale, AZ Bell & Associates has been engaged to help our client recruit their next Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will be the principal's primary financial resource, responsible for managing and coordinating all financial matters across their personal balance sheets, real estate portfolios, and affiliated business ventures. The CFO reports directly to the two principals and works in close coordination with their outside advisors, tax preparers, attorneys, lenders, insurance brokers, and third-party property managers. The existing Investment Controller would be a direct report to this position.
