Controller Salary:

$140,000•$180,000 base + performance bonus + full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

CFO / Controller CFO/Controller will lead the month-end close, financial reporting, and audit readiness Manage banking relationships, debt compliance, and lender reporting Oversee insurance, risk management, and compliance Coordinate tax work with the external CPA firm Drive budgeting and forecasting to support executive decision-making

Qualifications:
