Job Description

Our client is currently seeking a Claims Adjuster -

Workers Compensation Role:

Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster Location:

El Dorado Hills, CA(Onsite)

Job Type:

Contract, 3 months

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and adjudicate Workers' Compensation claims from initial review through resolution. Determine compensability, benefits eligibility, and approve claim payments. Develop and execute claim action plans. Coordinate return-to-work efforts and maintain accurate claim reserves. Handle subrogation activities and settlement negotiations. Ensure regulatory compliance and complete claim documentation.

What We're Looking For:

Experience handling Workers' Compensation claims, including indemnity claims. Strong understanding of workers' compensation regulations and medical management. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Bachelor's degree preferred. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are available to qualified candidates who meet eligibility requirements.
