Full Job Description Job Title:
Insurance Coordinator Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer service in a friendly, fast-paced environment? We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Coordinator. We are Forest Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry, and we don't just give our patients amazing smiles, we give them confidence! Dental experience is not a must for this role; your passion, enthusiasm, and willingness to be a team player is what we are looking for! Key Responsibilities:
Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits prior to appointments Submit insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner Follow up on outstanding insurance claims and resolve claim issues or denials Review explanations of benefits (EOBs) and ensure accurate account posting Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status, benefits, and policy details Assist patients and families with questions related to insurance coverage and claims Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate treatment coding and claim submission Maintain organized and accurate insurance records and documentation Support other administrative tasks and office duties as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or insurance experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing insurance claims and documentation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with insurance companies and patients in a professional and helpful manner Comfort explaining insurance benefits and claim processes to patients and families Join our team and become a part of our mission to provide exceptional dental care while delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Salary:
$18-21 /
