This role is responsible for managing insurance claims, ensuring supplements are properly documented, negotiated, and brought to successful completion while maintaining strong communication with insurance carriers. If you have experience with property insurance claims, Xactimate estimating, and enjoy negotiating claim supplements, we'd love to hear from you.
Ideal Candidate Requirements Include:
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to negotiate professionally with insurance carriers. Experience with Xactimate is preferred. Experience in roofing, construction, restoration, or insurance claims is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail. Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information. This is an In-Office position with the ability to work remote at the company's discretion. Compensation & Benefits $41,600 annual salary 5% commission on all claim increases you are responsible for obtaining 401(k) with company match up to 4% Company-provided cell phone Company-sponsored DOI Public Adjuster Exam Prep Course Assistance with filing all required documents after successfully passing the Public Adjuster licensing exam Primary Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintain ownership of assigned claims after transfer from the front-end team. Prepare and revise Xactimate estimates. Compile and organize photo reports. Maintain accurate claim notes and documentation within the company CRM. Communicate with insurance carriers throughout the supplement process. Follow up on claim status and payments. Submit Certificates of Completion once claims reach an agreed settlement amount. Update claim financials and ensure target gross profit margins are maintained Company Expectations As a member of the Great Adjusting team, employees are expected to: Attend the required weekly company meeting to stay informed on company updates and procedures.
