+ Benefits About the Opportunity A leading insurance organization is seeking an experienced Auto Claims Adjuster to manage auto property damage claims from initial investigation through resolution. This is a full-time opportunity offering a hybrid work environment, strong training programs, career advancement, and ongoing mentorship. Key Responsibilities Investigate and evaluate auto property damage claims Determine coverage, liability, and damages Negotiate settlements and authorize payments within authority limits Maintain accurate claim documentation and records Communicate with customers, third parties, and internal stakeholders Manage a high-volume claim inventory in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3-4 years of auto claims handling experience Experience with liability investigations and claim resolution Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment Guidewire experience is a plus Adjuster license preferred; licensing support available during onboarding Why Join?
