• €120k We are recruiting a Senior Claims Manager to join our clients claims teams to focus on P&I claims, predominantly crew and passenger claims for personal injury maters, although there will be some crossover with other areas of P&I matters too.

The role will involve managing a broad range of passenger / crew claims from inception through to resolution, working closely with policy holders and assureds, and providing guidance and mentoring to more junior people in the team. This position already sets you as the go to specialist for these types of claims, but what makes the opportunity particularly interesting is the potential to grow into a leadership role within wider company, alongside the opportunity to work on complex and sensitive claims in an international environment. The position is based in Piraeus with a hybrid working arrangement. Salary is benchmarked at around €100k

• €120k Gross subject to experience, although there could be the possibility to negotiate higher an outstanding candidate.
