An ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work accurately and efficiently. The successful applicant will have good knowledge of basic computer programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook and ideally have prior customer service experience with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• Phone inquiries/initial claim intake
• Initial claim intake set up
• Document management
• Claim processing procedures
• General office/clerical support where needed
