Crossroads Family Dentistry - Clarksdale, MS Crossroads Family Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and knowledgeable in dental insurance. Dental Insurance experience is highly preferred and will be given strong consideration.

Responsibilities:

Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility Submit and follow up on insurance claims Review outstanding claims and resolve insurance issues Explain insurance benefits and estimated patient costs Communicate with insurance companies regarding claims and pre-authorizations Help patients understand their coverage and financial responsibilities Work closely with the front office and clinical team to ensure accurate billing

Qualifications:

Dental insurance experience is required Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance plans Experience with claim submission, insurance verification, and claim follow-up Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced office Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus, but not required We're looking for someone who takes initiative, enjoys helping patients, and works well as part of a team.
