Cleveland / Olmsted Falls, OH (field-based, travel to client properties) About Us Always Thankful Claims LLC is a Cleveland-area public adjusting firm helping homeowners fight for full, fair claim settlements from their insurance companies. We're growing and looking for licensed public adjusters ready to build their own book of business with real earning potential. What You'll Do Inspect property damage and document losses for residential and commercial claims Prepare and submit claim estimates and supporting documentation Negotiate directly with insurance carriers on behalf of policyholders Manage claims cradle-to-grave: from initial inspection through negotiation, settlement, and collecting checks Build and maintain client relationships throughout the claims process Requirements Active Ohio Public Adjuster license (or eligibility to obtain one) Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline Reliable transportation for property visits HAAG certification a plus, not required Compensation Competitive commission-based compensation plan, details discussed further during interview ATC covers bonding costs No cap on earning potential; this is a build-your-own-business opportunity Why Always Thankful Claims Hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced HAAG-certified adjuster Support with claim strategy, documentation, and negotiation tactics Flexible, independent contractor structure To apply, send your resume and license information to info@alwaysthankfulclaims.com.
