We're looking to add a dedicated Septic System Inspector to our team as an independent 1099 contractor . Position Overview This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to earn additional income with a flexible schedule. You'll perform septic inspections that are scheduled by our office. There are no sales requirements, no marketing responsibilities, and no office hours. Simply accept assignments that fit your availability.

Retired septic professionals Licensed septic installers Pump truck operators Contractors looking for supplemental income Experienced inspectors wanting flexible work Responsibilities Perform residential septic system inspections. Document findings with photos and notes. Communicate professionally with homeowners and agents. Submit reports promptly. Represent Alliance Pro Inspections with professionalism and integrity. Qualifications Preferred candidates will have experience with: Septic system inspections Septic installation or repair Pumping septic systems Wastewater systems Real estate inspections You should also have: Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Smartphone or tablet Strong customer service skills Ability to work independently Ability to crawl, walk uneven terrain, and access septic components safely Training on our reporting software will be provided.
