Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Office/Financial Compliance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee a broad range of office and financial operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Your energetic approach will help streamline administrative processes, manage financial records, and support team management initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to organizational efficiency while developing your skills in office management, finance, and compliance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and passionate about maintaining a well-functioning office environment. Duties Greet and direct any incoming guests to LARC. Answer the phone in a positive upbeat manner. Make sure all visitors sign in and out. Prepare Individuals' payroll checks every two weeks. Prepare necessary payroll reports. Work cooperatively with directors with regard to individuals' information and reporting. Responsible for contract billing for the workshop and janitorial programs. Keep accurate accounts receivable records. Record bank deposits for working cash and program accounts. Responsible for completion of bank reconciliation. Responsible for petty cash for office and CILAs Requires a working knowledge of all office positions. Responsible for ordering supplies for the main office and CILAs. Monitors and audits the Residential departments banking. Monitors LARC issued credit card purchases. Maintains and monitors agency fleet vehicles, i.e. plates, village stickers, etc. Responsible for employee recognition involving anniversaries and birthdays. Manages funds for Community Day Service outings. Collects and inputs monthly food expenses for each CILA. Responsible for upkeep of office equipment, i.e. copiers/printers. Positively represent LARC Experience Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional environment Demonstrated bookkeeping or accounting experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with spreadsheets and other financial tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Pay:
$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
