Choctaw Premier Services (CPS) is looking for a Contract Installation Manager (CIM) to manage essential operations within the Army's Transition Assistance Program (TAP) Forward Transition Support Team (FTST) . In this role, you will have the chance to guide and inspire dedicated teams, enhance operational efficiency, and play a key role in shaping the future of Soldiers as they transition from military service to civilian careers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead TAP Center Operations Oversee the efficient and effective operation of the TAP Center, ensuring high-quality transition services are provided to all clients.
Manage and Mentor Staff:
Supervise a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring staff are well-trained to deliver exceptional support. Offer ongoing training to installation teams and support the professional development of clients. Coordinate with
Stakeholders:
Serve as the primary liaison between CPS, military leadership, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless program delivery.
Ensure Compliance:
Maintain adherence to all contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, upholding the highest standards of service. Track and maintain quality control documentation, ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are met.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Master's degree preferred in training and development, HR management, counseling, or related field. Bachelor's degree with relevant experience will be considered. At least two (2) years of experience in career counseling, education, or related field.
What You Will Bring :
Demonstrated experience managing personnel and coordinating activities across multiple sites.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proven ability to manage teams and ensure compliance with contract deliverables.
