If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lending Compliance Officer to help take our Real Estate Originations team to the next level. Read on to learn more! What You'll Do Be our go-to expert for all things lending compliance! Serve as the go-to resource for lending regulations and help teams understand and follow the rules that protect both our members and the organization. Identify risks before they become problems. Review lending activities, analyze data, monitor trends, and proactively spot compliance issues so they can be addressed early. Help keep the lending engine running at its best! Evaluate loan files, disclosures, and operational controls to ensure everything is accurate, effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Be a trusted advisor who helps teams achieve their goals . Work closely with management, auditors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to strengthen controls, improve processes, and support important business initiatives. Discover insights that help teams work smarter and better! Analyze testing results, audit findings, and lending trends to identify opportunities for improvement and provide actionable recommendations. Make a lasting impact by improving how we work every day. Help build stronger compliance programs, streamline processes, enhance reporting, and create solutions that support long-term success and member trust.
What You'll Bring Experience :
5+ years of experience navigating compliance, risk, or audit challenges, preferably within financial services. Technical skills : Love working with data and technology? Bring your expertise in Excel, Microsoft Office, and business systems, with bonus points for Power BI experience.
