Job Description

Atlantic Medical Products, LLC, dba Scar Heal & Rejuvaskin, develops and markets skin care products for global markets. We are looking for a Compliance Quality and Accounting Coordinator to help ensure our products meet market requirements, quality records stay accurate, and financial transactions are processed reliably. If you enjoy variety and getting the details right, this role puts you at the center of international registrations, product quality, incoming inspections, and accounts payable. You will work closely with our Compliance Director and Accounting team to solve day-to-day challenges and keep products and records moving. Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare and track international registrations, renewals, and supporting documents for medical devices and cosmetics.
  • Coordinate document requests with manufacturers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Check product labels, packaging, and sales orders against approved country requirements; flag discrepancies before shipment.
  • Maintain
ISO 13485
records and trackers; support audits, complaints, corrective actions, supplier records, and training.
  • Inspect incoming finished goods, labels, and packaging against approved specifications; document results and report nonconformities.
  • Enter vendor invoices and credits, match them to purchase orders and approvals, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate payable records.
  • Assist with reconciliations, month-end close, and audit requests while following approval and confidentiality controls. Education & Experience
  • Associate degree or equivalent education and relevant experience; bachelor degree preferred.
  • Experience in a regulated environment, quality or document control, international registrations, or accounts payable preferred.
  • Strong organization, proofreading, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with accounting software such as Sage preferred.
  • Sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and comfort managing deadlines across different functions.
Role details Full-time, nonexempt position, approximately 40 hours per week.
Pay:
From $52,000.00 per year
