The Role The successful Compliance Specialist will be a reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously, has great customer service skills, takes initiative and has pride in their work with excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and the ability to organize and prioritize workload are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and track fuel testing equipment; recertify as needed
  • Manage and track certifications for the compliance testers
  • Manage and update subcontractor correspondences
  • Create and manage purchase orders for tools, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Manage the compliance cases in Salesforce
  • Review service calls for accuracy (returns, parts, and correctness)
  • Indexing documents to calls
  • Assisting with the schedule
  • Other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
  • Experience in an administrative role required
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Industry knowledge is a plus
  • High skill set in Microsoft Office Suite; Microsoft Office
  • High skill set with Google Workplace to include Gmail, Contacts, Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and forms
  • High attention to detail, team mentality and a positive attitude
