Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support privacy operations, manage global data subject requests, and help maintain timely communication across internal and external stakeholders. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong organization, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills to an important and highly visible function.

Responsibilities:

Manage intake and tracking of global data subject requests received through privacy mailboxes, including review, coordination, and follow-up. Monitor deadlines, support timely responses, and escalate matters to the appropriate team members as needed. Review documentation against DSR standards, redact information when required, and help prepare materials for final production. Update standard operating procedures, templates, knowledge base materials, and support privacy-related projects and stakeholder coordination.

Required:

5-10 years of experience in a legal administrative or compliance support role. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as SharePoint and Teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple work streams.
