About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Real Estate Compliance Administrator to join our Operations Team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our agents throughout the transaction lifecycle by ensuring all paperwork is complete, accurate, and compliant with brokerage and regulatory requirements. The Compliance Administrator serves as a trusted resource for agents, helping facilitate smooth transactions from contract to close while ensuring files are audit-ready and commissions are processed accurately and on time. Key ResponsibilitiesTransaction & Compliance Management Review and audit transaction files for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Ensure all required documentation is submitted and properly executed. Monitor transaction timelines and communicate with agents regarding missing or outstanding items. Maintain compliance standards in accordance with brokerage policies and state regulations. Prepare files for internal audits and regulatory reviews. Agent Support Serve as a primary point of contact for agents regarding transaction documentation and compliance questions. Provide guidance and support throughout the transaction process. Assist agents in resolving file deficiencies and compliance-related issues. Help create a smooth and positive experience for agents from contract to closing. Commission & Operations Support Verify transaction details for commission processing. Coordinate commission disbursements and ensure agents are paid accurately and promptly. Work closely with leadership and accounting teams to resolve commission discrepancies. Support operational initiatives and process improvements that enhance efficiency and service. Administrative Duties Maintain organized digital transaction records. Track transaction status and reporting metrics. Assist with office operations and special projects as needed. Contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented Operations Team culture. QualificationsRequired Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-service mindset. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Preferred Previous experience in real estate administration, transaction coordination, compliance, or brokerage operations. Knowledge of Michigan real estate contracts and transaction processes. Experience with real estate transaction management software. Understanding of commission processing and brokerage compliance requirements.
