A global food distribution company in the North Begen, NJ area is looking for a Corporate Compliance Coordinator . This is a full-time, direct hire position.

Corporate Compliance Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

Ensure company's corporate and regulatory compliance are in accordance with federal, state, and local jurisdictions Regularly renews required licenses, permits, registrations for the company Including but not limited to alcohol beverage, distributor / wholesaler, business, food distribution and corporate registrations Keep up to date with regulatory requirement and changes across federal, state, and local jurisdictions Research on compliances to ensure required filings and reporting are done to maintain compliance with food, health, alcohol, and other applicable regulations Keep track on the corporate compliance calendar and tracking matrix Manage documentation and coordinate compliance requirements for new states and markets to ensure completion of all regulatory obligations in a timely manner Other duties as needed

Corporate Compliance Coordinator Requirements Include:

2-4 years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, licensing/permits, regulatory affairs, legal administration, paralegal/legal assistant work, or a similarly regulated business environment is a must Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Compliance, Legal Studies, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field is a highly preferred Fluency in English is required, any knowledge in Asian language would be a plus Strong leadership skills in team environment and skills to bring positive atmosphere to the team Ability to be flexible to work effectively with wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear.
