Every day brings something different, and every vehicle has a story. We're looking for a Showroom Office & Compliance Coordinator to help keep our showroom running smoothly. About the Role This is more than a traditional office position. As the Showroom Office & Compliance Coordinator, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day operation of the showroom. You'll help ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate, transactions are completed correctly, customers receive excellent service, and the showroom stays organized and compliant with company and state requirements. Some days you'll be processing title paperwork, helping a customer, coordinating vehicle documentation, preparing for an event, or working with the team to solve an unexpected challenge. No two days are exactly alike. What You'll Do Compliance & Documentation Audit consignment and sales paperwork for accuracy and compliance. Process title, registration, tax, and ownership documents. Maintain accurate vehicle records and monitor pending transactions. Ensure company policies and state requirements are followed throughout the sales process. Office Operations Process invoices, payments, renewals, and other administrative transactions. Maintain organized records using company software. Coordinate office supplies, vendors, and daily administrative functions. Assist with banking, reporting, inventory tracking, and other operational responsibilities. Customer & Showroom Support Welcome customers and provide professional customer service in person and over the phone. Communicate with buyers, consignors, vendors, and government agencies. Help coordinate vehicle readiness, including documentation, photography, videos, and inventory organization. Assist with showroom events, inventory audits, and special projects. Team Support Work closely with the Showroom Manager and team to keep daily operations running efficiently. Jump in wherever needed to support the success of the showroom. Occasionally assist with training or provide support to other showrooms when needed. What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Enjoy keeping things organized. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Automotive Office Administrator, Title Clerk, or in a similar administrative role is preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software systems. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Compensation This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position with annual earnings of approximately $42,000 , based on a full-time schedule.
