is seeking an Associate focused on onboarding and compliance for our Passaic County Pediatrics (PCP) office in Little Falls, NJ. In this office-based role, you will help ensure newly hired and current field employees have the credentials, clearances, training, documentation, and support needed to provide safe, reliable pediatric care. Our PCP team provides compassionate pediatric home care and supports clients in community and school-based settings. This Associate-level role is intentionally developmental and offers the opportunity to build expertise in employee onboarding, compliance coordination, file management, and office operations while preparing for future growth within BAYADA. This Associate position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing deadlines, following up on important details, working with confidential information, and creating a smooth onboarding experience for field employees and office teams.
