full-time Responsibilities Expense Review & Processing Review and audit employee expense reports for accuracy, policy compliance, and appropriate supporting documentation Monitor and analyze expense reports as directed by operational management Research potential policy or regulatory violations Evaluate out-of-policy expense requests and reject or escalate when appropriate Assist with expense adjustments and special circumstances, including expatriate expenses Identify and resolve discrepancies between approved travel and submitted expense claims Customer Service & Employee Support Respond professionally and effectively to employee questions via phone and email Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and key stakeholders Exercise confidentiality and discretion when resolving expense-related inquiries Provide hands-on support and training to users of SAP Concur Assist with troubleshooting, documentation, and escalation of system-related issues T&E Operations & Program Support Ensure Travel & Expense service levels, procedures, and standards are consistently maintained Partner with Accounts Payable and other internal departments as needed Escalate matters involving Compliance, Internal Audit, Corporate Events, Travel, and other teams when appropriate Support T&E projects, system enhancements, and management initiatives Collaborate with Expense Processors globally to share knowledge and ensure consistency Provide coverage for out-of-policy approvals as needed Develop into a subject matter expert on T&E policies, regulatory requirements, expense processes, and platforms Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 0-1 years of professional experience Interest in accounting, expense management, financial services, or operations Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Strong ethics, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities Sound judgment when interpreting and applying policies and procedures Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across all levels of an organization Strong computer skills SAP Concur experience is a plus, but not required
