This role partners closely with compliance leadership to identify compliance risks, evaluate healthcare regulatory changes, monitor organizational adherence to federal and state requirements, and support corrective action initiatives. The Audit & Privacy Analyst plays a critical role in maintaining an effective Compliance and Privacy Program through healthcare auditing, policy management, employee education, compliance reporting, and ongoing regulatory monitoring. This position promotes ethical conduct, accountability, HIPAA compliance, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Healthcare Compliance Certification (CHC) preferred Experience supporting a Healthcare Compliance Program within a multi-site healthcare organization preferred Experience conducting compliance audits, compliance monitoring activities, or regulatory reviews preferred Knowledge of healthcare regulations, HIPAA Privacy requirements, CMS guidance, and compliance best practices preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong relationship-building and communication skills Ability to educate, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality Essential Functions Monitor and analyze changes in healthcare compliance and privacy regulations and communicate applicable requirements to organizational stakeholders Interpret and apply regulatory requirements to support organizational compliance initiatives Conduct internal compliance audits and compliance monitoring activities to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance Analyze compliance reports, risk assessments, incident logs, audit findings, and corrective action plans to identify trends and areas for improvement Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, presentations, and supporting documentation for leadership review and Compliance Committee meetings Develop, maintain, and update compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation Deliver compliance training and education regarding healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, compliance expectations, and organizational policies Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on compliance and privacy-related matters Coordinate with operational and departmental leaders to ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and organizational requirements Support healthcare privacy initiatives, compliance reviews, and risk mitigation activities Assist in maintaining and continuously improving the organization's Compliance Program Support audit readiness, regulatory reviews, and organizational compliance efforts We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
