US Helicals is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Compliance & Safety Clerk to join our growing team. Primary Responsibilities Track and maintain employee safety training records Manage Job Safety Analysis (JSA) documentation Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and compliance documentation Assist with internal safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives Support the Compliance, Safety, and Operations team with administrative and compliance-related tasks. Perform and document safety inspections for site, vehicles, tools, and equipment Qualifications High school diploma Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Experience in the construction industry Familiarity with OSHA regulations Experience with document management or compliance tracking Knowledge of prevailing wage, certified payroll, or IRA compliance is a plus OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain) What We Offer Opportunities for advancement within a growing company Ongoing training and professional development Competitive benefits At US Helicals, safety, quality, and integrity are the foundation of everything we do.
