Full Job Description Role:
The Loan Review Analyst assists the Credit Review Services Manager with providing Independent Loan Review services to bank customers. This role is integral in performing a detailed and accurate analysis while delivering an exceptional experience for the customer. The Loan Review Officer is also responsible for the Bankers' Bank of Kansas internal loan review. Some overnight travel may be needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with independent loan review services for customer banks. Analyze primarily commercial and agricultural financial information and assess the financial condition and credit quality of borrowers Review loan files for the adequacy of underwriting, structuring, documentation, policy compliance, and ongoing administration Complete narrative assessments for submission to applicable parties. Some overnight travel may occasionally be needed. Perform internal loan reviews for BBOK. Ensure compliance and audit requirements are met as identified by internal policy and/or Federal rules and regulations.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as rules, procedure manuals, and job instructions. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Mathematical and analytical skills. Including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Flexible with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and problem solve.
Education and Experience:
Minimum two years in credit analysis, commercial or agricultural lending, bank examinations, or loan administration. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred. Experience in positions with high level of accountability.
