F&I Manager — Full-Time Join Our Growing Team in Western North Carolina We are seeking an experienced, motivated F&I Manager to join our growing team at a well-established domestic dealership in Western North Carolina. What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance options Short- and long-term disability insurance options 401(k) options Paid vacation and holiday pay Career advancement opportunities with a strong promote-from-within culture Long-term job security Opportunity to grow with a successful and expanding dealership Key Responsibilities Work closely with customers to provide financing recommendations and assistance throughout the vehicle purchase process Present and explain additional products and protection plans designed to enhance the customer's vehicle ownership experience Structure transactions to maximize dealership profitability while maintaining a positive customer experience Desk deals, submit applications to lenders, make credit decisions, and effectively close transactions Ensure all transactions comply with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations Prepare and review all required paperwork and contracts and ensure accurate delivery of completed deals Maintain all required certifications and stay current on industry standards and best practices Audit team deals post-sale and analyze results to identify opportunities for improvement Follow up diligently to ensure the timely and accurate funding of all contracts Qualifications Highly motivated with a strong desire to learn, improve, and grow Previous dealership F&I experience preferred College degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience Experience with CDK is a plus Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance processes Proven ability to structure deals for maximum profitability Knowledge of title laws and vehicle registration procedures Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and closing skills Professional appearance and outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through Valid driver's license The Ideal Candidate The ideal F&I Manager is results-driven, ethical, customer-focused, and detail-oriented . $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
