ResponsibilitiesAnalyze financial statements, tax returns, credit reports, cash flow, collateral, and other supporting financial documentation.
Evaluate liquidity, leverage, profitability, debt-service capacity, and overall borrower and guarantor creditworthiness.
Prepare credit analyses and approval memorandums, perform financial spreading, and calculate key financial ratios.
Review loan structures, complete annual reviews, monitor portfolio performance, identify potential risks, and support covenant monitoring.
Work closely with lenders, relationship managers, credit officers, and senior management while maintaining accurate and compliant credit files.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in banking, commercial lending, underwriting, accounting, or financial analysis preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial statements, cash-flow analysis, credit risk, and financial ratios.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial-analysis software, with strong analytical, organizational, mathematical, and written communication skills.
