Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Cash Application Coordinator posts customer payments ( checks/ credit cards/ wires) to the customer account in SAP. Responsible for retention of the proper back up for the payment and responsible for pulling up the information for auditing purposes.

Job Responsibilities:

Obtains information from the bank for checks received and retains the information for furute reference/ auditing. Processes payments into SAP Works directly with the treasury department and credit managers Processes credit card payments/ manually or automated Pulls remittances for internal or external auditors

Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite/ Outlook Detail oriented Ability to work overtime when needed

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
