Appointment BDC Service Agent /

Loaner Coordinator Compensation:

$20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience

Full-time Do you enjoy building relationships, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment? Porsche Littleton is looking for an energetic, guest-focused Appointment BDC Service Agent / Loaner Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key part of creating an outstanding service experience for our guests while supporting our service department and managing our loaner vehicle program. What You'll Do Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails (50+ calls per day). Schedule service appointments and coordinate with Service Advisors. Identify guest needs, answer questions, and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner. Greet guests and assist with shuttle information as needed. Manage loaner vehicle reservations, including online, phone, and in-person requests. Coordinate and oversee the dealership's loaner fleet. Accurately document all guest interactions within the dealership's CRM system. Complete daily internet lead management activities. Follow all dealership processes, procedures, and Asbury phone scripts. Deliver exceptional guest service during every guest interaction. What We're Looking For Previous dealership experience is preferred. Experience in retail, guest service, reception, call center, sales, or automotive BDC is preferred. Appointment-setting experience is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Advanced computer and phone skills. Minimum typing speed of 35-40 words per minute. Experience using CRM or customer tracking systems is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus. Team-oriented attitude with a positive, professional demeanor. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
