Under the direction of the AVP Loan Servicing Manager is responsible for performing daily processing duties. Promote business for the Bank by serving every customer in a friendly, efficient manner. Position location - 114 W. Monroe Street, Herrin, IL

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for paid loan document processing. Booking and checking loans. Responsible for processing automatic debit request forms on system. Provide support to tellers, and other support staff, in proper payment posting inquiries. File loan documentation including titles, insurance, correspondence, and financial statements when needed Assist customers with questions from the Loan Servicing line. Serves as support for other bank staff greeting clients, answering phone calls, and other duties as assigned. Skills Required High School diploma or equivalent required Knowledge of loan documentsloan process a plus Proficient in Excel and Word Proficient use of adding machine Attention to DetailAccuracy Good interpersonal and customer service skills Travel may be required to other locations to backup other Loan Servicing positions.
