  • Member Service Representative Job Description (Part-time) We are searching for a Part-Time Loan Specialist
  • Member Service Representative to join our team! We offer a paid training period and a flexible schedule for the right candidate! Some of your responsibilities will include: Loan Specialist
  • Member Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities Assist members in selecting loans that best fit their needs.
Assist members in completing loan applications, arranging payroll deductions, automated payments, and resolving account-related issues with high levels of member satisfaction. Process loan applications and related documents for review by the Credit Committee. Perform routine member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers. Provide accurate accounting of transactions by daily balancing. Safeguard account information in accordance with the Privacy Act. Generate required reports from the computer system including member statements and tax forms. Loan Specialist
  • Member Service Representative Qualifications Associate degree or equivalent office experience preferred but not required.
Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NLMS) Certification preferred but not required. Ability to multitask with accuracy in performing transactions with strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills. Keyboarding skills along with the usage of Word, Excel, Outlook, and other job specific software. Professional appearance a must. Exceptional customer service skills; able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers. Required for Employment Pennsylvania State Criminal Record Check (Act 34) Federal Criminal History Record (Act 114) Pennsylvania Child Abuse History (Act 151) Clearances Pennsylvania Mandated Child Abuse Training (Act 126)

Starting Salary:
$15.00/hour. Paid on-the-job training provided.
