This executive-level finance role will oversee U.S. and Mexico accounting operations, lead financial close processes, manage treasury and cash operations, and provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing finance experience, international accounting leadership, active CPA credentials, and the ability to operate in a complex multi-country environment.

Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes across multiple business units and ERP systems. Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, general ledger management, and internal controls. Manage treasury operations, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital. Oversee U.S. and Mexico accounting operations, audits, and regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax requirements, and financial reporting standards. Lead accounting and treasury teams across multiple locations. Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, FP&A, Tax, and Executive Leadership. Improve finance processes, reporting systems, automation, and data governance. Support capital planning, inventory management, and strategic financial initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Active CPA license required. 8+ years of finance experience in manufacturing, multi-country, or complex accounting environments. 5+ years of senior-level finance leadership experience. Experience managing U.S. and international accounting operations. Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency. Experience leading finance operations for organizations with $200M+ annual revenue. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, treasury, tax, and internal controls. Experience working with multiple ERP systems. Experience working with external auditors and executive leadership. Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required. Preferred Qualifications MBA or advanced business degree. Experience supporting investor relations. Experience leading finance transformation, ERP integration, or automation initiatives. Manufacturing plant finance leadership experience.
