Job DescriptionArvato is seeking an Account Director, Data Center Logistics to lead and scale complex logistics operations supporting critical data center infrastructure globally. Reporting to the VP of Data Center Services, this role combines strategic leadership, operational execution, and customer-facing engagement across North America, EMEA, and APAC. This role requires 25-50% travel to customer sites, partner facilities, and operational locations globally. This hybrid leadership role requires a minimum of two days per week onsite in Louisville, Kentucky. Candidates located within driving distance or a short direct flight are encouraged to apply.

YOUR TASKSDevelop and execute the strategic vision for data center logistics and 3PL services, aligning capabilities with business growth objectives across global regionsLead large-scale programs supporting data center deployments, operations, and asset lifecycle managementEstablish KPIs, SLAs, and governance frameworks that drive operational excellence and scalabilityBuild and maintain trusted advisor relationships with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders across regionsDevelop and present proposals, business cases, and service offerings that address complex, cross-border customer requirementsLead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions with global customers and partnersOversee global relationships with manufacturers, transportation partners, and logistics providers; drive vendor performance and contract complianceLead strategic sourcing, inventory management, and supply chain planning for data center operationsIdentify and mitigate operational and supply chain risks across multiple geographies and regulatory environmentsBuild, lead, and mentor high-performing teams across logistics, operations, and customer-facing functionsInfluence organizational decision-making through data-driven insights and executive-level communicationQualifications10+ years of progressive leadership in logistics, supply chain, or operationsSignificant experience managing complex 3PL operations and logistics providersProven ability to develop executive-level proposals and lead customer-facing organizationsWillingness to travel 25-50% across NA, EMEA, and APACExperience supporting data center infrastructure, cloud, or mission-critical technology environments preferredKnowledge of data center equipment, asset lifecycle management, and associated logistics requirements is a plusPrior experience scaling operations in high-growth environments across multiple regions preferredAdditional InformationMedical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Disability Pay.401(k) with company matching up to 6%.Paid Time Off, including paid holidays.
