Primary Duties:

1. Responsible for critical decision-making. Must regularly exercise discretion and judgment to perform work which is intellectual and varied in character, the accomplishment of which cannot be standardized as to time. 2. Provide interim financial reports and conduct financial performance analysis. 3. Keep current with advances in the field of accounting. 4. Must know and be able to follow generally accepted accounting principles. 5. Maintain General Ledger and supporting documentation in accordance with GAAP. 6. Maintain and calculate deferred revenue schedules (Entrance Fees). 7. Oversee debt service and maintain debt-related schedules. 8. Responsible for quarterly and annual debt-related calculations and reporting. 9. Prepare all payroll tax returns, state property tax returns and coordinate the preparation of the federal tax returns. 10. Must be able to serve as backup and resource for daily processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
