YOU MUST HAVE

10+ years of experience delivering these types of services in a global organization, with 5+ years of experience leading teams for these functions Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field Proven experience leading and empowering teams, driving performance through coaching and strategic prioritization while ensuring timely, accurate, service delivery Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable operations Strong knowledge of invoice and payment processing, and experience working with related regulations and tax laws in multiple countries Attention to detail and strong analytical skills Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

PAY RANGE

The annual base salary range for this position is $199,887 - 249,270. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations. This position is incentive plan eligible.
