M&A, Valuation & Integration Serve as a key accounting leader for mergers and acquisitions , collaborating with internal M&A teams, management, and third?party valuation firms on valuation conclusions, purchase accounting, and deal execution. Support the integration of acquired and international entities , ensuring alignment with company accounting standards, controls, and reporting practices. Operational Excellence & Transformation Provide executive oversight of the accounts payable function , identifying opportunities to strengthen controls, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
