Full Job Description Salary Range:

$140,000 to $160,000 base plus bonus eligibility; compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Position Overview Goods iQ is seeking a Director of Finance and Accounting, reporting directly to the CFO. As a key member of our team, this individual will support the CFO in managing the day-to-day department duties and initiatives which will consistently provide diversity of job duties, new challenges, and learning opportunities. Experience & Required Skills

• Ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets efficiently and accurately using advanced excel functions and AI
• Ability to think critically and flexibly to develop solutions and follow through on tasks and initiatives to completion
• Continuous improvement mindset to drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and accounting efficiencies
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, variance analyses, the month-end close process, and financial statement preparation
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Qualifications
• 5+ years of accounting or finance, public accounting financial auditing a plus
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• CPA or MBA preferred
