$160,000-$175,000 annually.Position Overview:
This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting leader with 7-10 years of experience who can help elevate financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. You'll work directly with leadership to improve processes and support strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal policies
- Manage general ledger, reporting, and financial controls
- Collaborate with operations and leadership on business strategy
- Support audits and oversee internal control frameworks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- CPA is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or similar industries preferred
